I love how it turns into abuse.
The AE's that come out are the best though :rotfl:Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
Let me explain, for those that appear have completely misunderstood.....Why are you typing with caps at the start of every word?
if you are typing in caps lock when you submit a post the site automatically changes it so every word begins with a capital letter dont know why or how but it does. try it.
Please take note of the words in bold. It will be important later.
OK, SO WHY NOT TURN CAPS LOCK OFF? TYPING IN CAPS IS RUDE. THERE ARE BETTER WAYS OF GETTING YOUR POINT ACROSS THAN SHOUTING.
NOPE, THE SITE LEFT IT IN CAPS.
Apologies for shouting!
Please note that I took the advice given by Debs and tried it. It didn't work and I let the post stand to demonstrate this.Sorry but did i say i had money problems?..................er No
Sorry is it against the law now to use caps or is that just your law?....er No
Am i whinging about how the banks work?............er No to that too.
Please tell me in what book it states that typing using caps is deemed rude as i have looked everywhere and cannot find your theory.
Also as for your theory of sarcasm being the worst kind of whitt, well that makes me a VERY WHITTY PERSON then doe'snt it? But hey my friends except me for who i am so who gives awhat people on here think.Try relooking over your own posting to discover your own sarcasm or whitt with your comment on the carer. So who are you to judge me?
And i hope you appreciate the fact that i have not used caps in this posting as not to be rude( yet to prove) but debs was indeed correct with her theory buy YOU was quick to be RUDE to her and make her look stupid maybe you just have oppionated women issues, but hey as i was saying with the caps i passed my exams and finished school so who cares. And as for needing a carer then maybe you should try running my original past yours coz you are clearly on a different planet to me coz you didi'nt understand a word of it, i could repost it in wookie if you would find that easier? But read it through with him or her, slowly slowly understandy and you might just get it.
Regards to you and your carer:T
And again in English????? Please note that I used the word carer not to cause offence but because some people are brought up by carers and not parents.
what are you shouting at me for - i didn't even type in caps. all i was doing was replying to a question based on my past experience on this site in different threads. in some threads when i've typed in caps they've come up in caps and in others it will just show the first letter of each word.
See my simple explanation above. I was not shouting at you, per se.0 -
all im saying is that if a card reader communicates with the bank instantly... surely when that transaction is processed there IS THE POSSIBILITY that a system could be easily put in place to mark an amount of money in your account as having been spent, and to reflect your balance accordingly? i mean that doesnt sound too far fetched right?
.
There is a real possibility that a system like this could be put in place. However the fact remains that there isn't one at the moment. Once bitten twice shy?
A nice comparison is with the faulty fuel gauge on my car, it sticks a lot and doesnt always reflect what is in the tank. However the electronic mpg meter does work. How do you think I should approach the issue of not running out of petrol?
Would a system that involved recording how much fuel is in the tank when I fill up vs how many miles I travel at average mpg stop me going into the red?
Or should I plough on regardless and blame the AA when they turn up to a busted car for not warning me that I should pay more attention?0 -

Blame the AA and ask them to refund your membership costs....it's the only way.0 -

Also ask the AA for compensation for the time your partner reset the mileage trip meter & didn't tell you.0 -
got back from france this morning, how sick am i of all things disney.
where do i start?
it's not based on trust at all ,it's a condition of visa which says"anything bought with your card must be paid " much like cheque guarentee card, theirby safeguarding the shop, even if they don't earmark it
It happened again ,to me today, i have been shopping for uniform, and to buy a fewbits to tide us over til we do our main shop.I checked my account before i went shopping ,And again when i got back, some things have come out others have not....that tells me the system is already their apart from actually being told it by the bank. try it and see if you want.
*note some of those arguing do not even use their cards to make transactions, hmmm i wonder why that is?
*note they all have more access to their accounts than a mini statement,.
ihave not always had a computer. and some of them work for the bank, so they would have said you deserved to be charged £30 for being 49p over.0 -
who do you suggest we complain too? the shops individually 1 by 1?
they know they are getting their money reguardless of if they earmark it or not, why should they care? but there again why should the bank care they are getting all the money from the charges.0 -
anyone who complained about my spelling and grammar, here is my story. my mum was a secretary, then an accountant til i was 7,then my dad died,we were evicted ,coz mum was made redundant and couldn't afford the rent by herself, we went to live with my nan for a while, where my older sis was brought up, i went with mum to live in a pub, where mum could provide a roof and money, the lifestyle did not allow alot of time for me.after 3 years she remarried, but the pub was sold, she bought a flat and had 2 more kids, she worked as a childminder, because my sisters where small.at 11 i was envolved in serious road accident, it took me six months to walk again.when i went back to school,my friends had formed new friendships, and i didn't understand the work, when i asked my friends to explain it, i got detention, when i put my hand up,i was ignored, after 3 weeks of this i grabbed my bag ,and said" if you haven't got time for me, i haven't for you" i didn,t go to school for 2years after that.i did pass my gcse's and have an A level too.no i can't spell, i haven't got good grammar, but that doesn't mean i'm THICK0
