Corbynomics: A Dystopia

It is quite notable that the big three senior shadow cabinet posts went to white men as well as the leader and deputy leader being white men.
It's rather like the trades unions of the 1970s: blacks and women not welcome, especially not at the top. I suppose he might have got confused and thought Hilary Benn was a woman.
It's a complete sausage fest.
It's disgusting.
I left the Labour Party on Saturday by cancelling my DD. I didn't bother to ring the Labour party and let them know what I was doing. My OH will probably do the same thing today. If we could have stayed in the party and not paid anything we would have but I couldn't stand the thought of my money being used to fund a Corbyn campaign. What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

No - he's offering something old - "Old Labour". Peopled didn't vote for it in the past and they won't vote for it now. Remember Labour was in opposition for 18 years. What do we do when we fall? Trouble with The Republic of Ireland is that there is no separation of state from the Roman Catholic church. People like Corbyn etc never address this.
Really Ireland is ruled by Rome. God know how much money the Irish have sent to Italy to sit in The Vaticans Banks since they've been doing this forever. Is it really any wonder Ireland is poor? Can you really blame the Northern Irish protestants for not wanting to part of that? What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. In the last 40 years, Labour have won elections under the following leaders:
- Tony Blair
I just don't see how Mr Corbyn can win an election, especially when Labour are run by a bunch of old, white men.0 -

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh don't tell them (I made that mistake earlier too, but I think I got away with it).Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Wow, yes, Wilson's government of 1974 now being 41 years since it started. I was a nipper back then, but inflation of 10%-20% and doing homework by candlelight still stick in my mind.
If Corbyn gets into power, should we look at buying shares in candle companies?I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.
Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that they are pink; we logically know that they are invisible because we can't see them.0 -

But surely they would have been nationalised?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
Corbyn's definition of what he meant by 'friends' is good enough for me since:-
1. Only he will know what he meant because he said it!
2. Why would one accept your view when you are not exactly impartial to start with.
I repeat Major dealt with Adams and McGuiness and by the way used Corbyn and others as a conduit to exchange information with the IRA because he didn't want to 'dirty his hands' himself.
....No it's so obviously another way of smearing him by people who have their own agenda.
Apologetic nonsense, but I did like your remark:
Why would one accept your view when you are not exactly impartial to start with. Made me Chuckle that!
Anyway, the IRA connection can't be ignored, and it is not ignored.Union, not Disunion
