Second day back done, it was just the new year 7's today, all my lot return tomorrow
After work I went to kettlercise but the lady who does it wasn't there so we had a different guy who didn't do the normal kettlebells, it was more like circuits with kettlebells. I wasn't keen as it was lots of rushing from one exercise to the next, whereas normally its about getting the right form, which is important because of the weights, anyway my back is aching now which isn't good so the hot water is on for a nice hot bath
I need to get my hair done nice too as its the year group photo tomorrow too
I need to iron ds new shirts tonight, they have come out of the packet and have all those fold lines in them
Only spend today was 75p on milk. Early night wouldn't go amiss either I reckonMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Well I went back to work on Tuesday and then yesterday I had an operation on my wrist (which I have waited a year for) the timing was unfortunate but I was desperate to have it done, so I am in a bit of pain but dosed up on pain killers. I have at least 3 weeks of school now but I am bored already as I cant drive for weeks.
Sounds like you have had a busy few days BenBen, never mind it is Friday tomorrow.

Made it to the weekend
It feels like the summer holidays were a lifetime ago already!
Nothing much planned for tonight, a nice lazy evening. In fact, that could be a theme for the weekend ... some housework etc to do, the dog needs a nice long walk tomorrow and on Sunday I have to bake a cake, we do a rota at work, we have 11 teams (3 in each team) and once a month a team bring in cakes for everyone. My team got September and we're doing it on monday, so baking on sunday, eating cake on monday and then enjoying everyone elses cakes for the rest of the yearI haven't decided what sort to do yet, the other team members have gone for a coffee cake and a banana loaf. I can't decide, maybe a caramel cake, an apple cake or a sultana fruit cake. Hmm, maybe I'll go looking on good food later and choose
No footie this weekend so tomorrow will be strange. I should go to the gym for a while too as I haven't done a great deal this week at all.

Oh it certainly does! I was so tired last night, had to have a nap at 5pm:rotfl:

Ooh Dangers, that looks amazing...thank you for sharing, I think I'll have to try that!
Nice to 'see' you again, hope life is good in Bristol:) Did you go to see any Shaun the Sheep over the holidays?I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Hi pixie, good to 'see' you as well. the cake is very good! And very moreish.
Yes, we saw just over 50 Shaun's- I do have friends who managed all 70! Did you come across to see any?0 -
Ooh that brownie cake does look good, at the moment its between that, a white chocolate cake or a spiced apple cake. Hmm, decisions!!
Today is a very lazy day, Mr S has really bad toothache and is sleeping at the moment, I've been catching up with surveys, had a nap, posted an ebay parcel, collected a parcel from the post office depot and bought some petrol. Other than that I have done very little, a quick tidy up this morning, some washing, cleaned the bathroom and the man came to measure up to replace ds bedroom window.
Time I cracked on with something I think just not sure what. One thing I do need to do is sort myself out exercise wise. Recently I seem to have lost focus a bit, I run on an ad hoc basis, I do kettlebells and I do go to the gym but I haven't got a defined plan where I can see any progression. Hmm, maybe thats something to do this weekendMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

I have 'spoken' to Hypno a few times via f/b, she is now a Mrs again :T and a very happy one at that, particularly as her beloved footie team got promoted too
Hi bb
I too remember your old diary(s?). I'm glad to hear things are going well for you but sorry that things with Mr S haven't.
Great to hear Hypno is happy AND remarried! Has she married the coffee shop guy she posted about quite soon after she moved? I think she stopped psting about then.CCs @0% £24k Dec 05 £19,621.41 Au £13400 S 12600 Oct £11,981 £9481 £7500 Nov £7250 D £7100 Jan 6950 F £5800 Mar£5400 May £4830 June £4660 July £4460 Aug £3200, S £900, £0 18/9/07 DFW Nerd 0420 -

In my new job I get to organise the prom for year 11, can I ask any of you who have kids that have been to a prom, or if you have been yourself (they didn't do them when I was at school), or if you just want to chip in with your own thoughts, what makes a prom good? I went to our one this year at school and it felt very functional - a buffet, a disco, but all in a bog standard function room that had a few 'decorations' chucked at it, and a photo-booth in the corner. The photo-booth was the highlight for most of them, I'd just like the evening to be a bit more 'Wow' and memorable for them, and for those poor parents who have shelled out stupid amounts of money on getting their dd's and ds's ready for it
