Woohoo, my ebay items have finished, 9 sold and made a total of £70  I'm really chuffed with this as (a) it clears out a bag of stuff that's been at the end of my bed for yonks, (b) it makes my diet even more worthwhile as none of it fits me anymore. Ebay never stop amazing me - a dress that I paid £18 for brand new sold for £27 :T Just hope the buyer isn't disappointed when it arrives
And to make my night even better Bournemouth have just scored a goal

The rain is showing no signs of letting up so I'm going to get the waterproofs on and venture off to the post office. I just wish ebay buyers would pay up once they've won an item, I sold 9 and 6 have paid, so I will need to go again once the others have paid, but at least if I go now it should be quiet in the post office and it will clear a big pile from my lounge floor

Morning all
I didn't get anywhere near my steps target yesterday (5822) as it was so wet we were indoors for most of the day. I also didn't go to the gym for kettlercise, so this morning I decided I needed to sort it out, so I have done my 5k run already. I was doing it each weekend, with a couple of 2.5k runs in the week, but I injured my ankle in July and haven't really got back into it. I did do a 6k run on the treadmill a couple of weeks ago but really slowly, and its different on the treadmill to outdoors. Anyway, I did have to walk in several places which I don't normally, but I completed it in 30 minutes 50 seconds which I'm well chuffed with, my best time is 29 minutes 34 seconds. I know if I get back into it properly then I will soon get back to that time. It also means my fitbit is showing that I've already done 5670 steps today, only another 152 steps to beat yesterdays total
So, plans for the rest of the day;- 12,000 steps
- drink 2 litres of water
- stick to my calories (was naughty last night with some lindt)
- pay in more coins at the bank
- decide on a new desk for ds bedroom
- hoover
- put away all the clean washing / ironing
- tidy up outside the front door / get new plants
- Tidy airing cupboard
- Tidy hall cupboard
- Abs class tonight
- Walk the dog
- fill ds new pencil case
That lot should keep me busy for a whileOff to take the dog up to the park first though.

Yayyy, new diary:beer:
So pleased to see your lovely lists and general organisation back again...hopefully it'll inspire me a bit;) I'm planning a new diary ready for the new term.
Good luck with that to-do list for today...right now I'm in my pjs watching last nights Emmerdale....see, I need a good big kick up the rear end:rotfl:I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Hi BenBen
I've also read you diaries from the beginning (under another user name) and am so pleased you're back. It's very comforting to see your 'to do' lists again
I'm so glad that you are happy and getting on with things and I hope that the separation with MrS was amicable and that Ben isn't too upset by it.
I also have a FitBit but took it off about 4 weeks ago. I really need to get it back on and get walking!
It's funny - but when I saw on the news at the beginning of the summer that Bournemouth had gone up to Premier League my first thought was "Oh - I bet BenBen's happy". How funny that we still think of people we have never met. It's lovely to see you posting agagin. I often wonder how Hypno is too. Do you hear/see anything from her?
Love to you both
