Dinner done.. including my extra.. he loves eating here.. his family are veggie and he isn't.. he just devoured half a pig single handedly!
B&Q run done..
All washing up to date
I'm going to knit all evening I think.. sewing requires a kitchen chair which may kill me.
Pixie parted with her lunch on OH's seat.. then did him a hideous nappy.. she is so generous!
Thank you all for the thanks.. I know what you mean, you are my lifeline to the outside world, my sounding board and, in as much as a public forum can be, my confidantes. I would be utterly adrift without you all. You make me see reason and wallow less in my self pity with your daily battles and achievements. I am very fond of you all and you are never far from my thoughts.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Are there any Flyladies in the Liverpool area who would like to meet up with me for coffee in the city centre on the morning of Saturday 3rd October? Nicki? Any others? Please PM me if you're able to come.
I'll pencil it into my diary as I have no idea what will be happening around then. Give me a poke near the time to remind me:rotfl:
Master gift list for DD written and updated as I've already bought her book, puzzle & smellies plus some bits towards her goodies hamperAlso wrote a list of who else I need to buy for and set the budgets. Now I just need to try and think of what to actually get :rotfl: I've also updated my diary, washed up and printed some bits out.
Now I'm going to sit back and watch some TV. With DD being around I'm a bit behind so have lots of catching up to do. :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Honey_Bear wrote: »I think this thread has been 100% responsible for me being able to turn my life around. It's been just over three years and nothing's ever going to be perfect, but the house isn't a tip, I've taken control of the financial side of my life, my tax affairs are in order having been chaotic for ever, I've knocked the boozing on the head, there's half the amount of stuff in the attic that there used to be and what there is, is semi-organised and very, very gradually I'm starting to take a bit of pride in my appearance. None of that would have happened without all the Flyladies past and present, so my thanks to Pigpen yesterday was the tip of a very, very big iceberg. Other threads have contributed and helped enormously, but it is this one that got me started and made everything possible. It's sad that some of the people who made such a huge contribution to the quality of my life don't feel appreciated by their nearest and dearest but I can assure you, you are massively important to me.
Flyladies rock and I am immensely grateful to every single one of you - thank you, thank you, thank you.
Wot she said. I'm not as far on with the progress, but I'm getting there. I'm worrying about my appearance. Starting the de-cluttering, and 3 months along on the wagon. I feel 100% better.
So. THANK YOU allGoals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o0 -
Evening all,
I'd like to say thank you to everyone too, it isn't just the lists and motivation, it really helps me to know that there are other (lovely) people who struggle and need a helping hand to get organised. I am not hopeless or useless.
Thanks guys x0 -
Evening!
What an amazing thread this is :j I'm tearing up reading all the wonderful posts and I echo every one :T
I owe a lot of my (in)sanityto this thread and the fabulous people who are part of it. I don't have many 'real-life' friends but consider all of you friends in all sorts of ways. Some I have been lucky enough to meet and I have always had great days out with fellow 'flyers'
I love the way we all support everyone and can also rely on support however we are feeling and however big or small are positives or negatives are.
Love and hugs to all - you are all awesome xx :A"There's only one way of life and that's your own" - Levellers

I may be too late to add my two-pennorth to this thread but, since I joined, it has been, and still is, my online 'home'.
I have been shown huge kindness; your support is invaluable. I have had the pleasure with meeting up with flyladies past and present and the support is second-to-none.
And the kindness I have been shown of late is nothing short of overwhelming.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
