Noddle is a bit unreliable.
I was subscribed and then a couple of years ago, for no apparent reason (Well not one they can explain) I can no longer access my report from them.0 -
I paid £2 for a statutory credit report from Experian but am still waiting for the pin number to arrive - after 13 days !!
I have emailed them - this has also been ignored !!0 -

Why should I trust a company who are unable to even provide a "paid for" service to accept a cancellation without trying to charge me ?
Besides - I understand that a phone call is needed to cancel and I am unable to speak on the phone (speech disability)0 -

OK Thanks - I may use this in future but now I have paid £2 and just want my statutory report0 -
I am assuming that the problem is with Royal Mail - but it is the responsibility of Experian to get the letter to me - the letter may have been mis-delivered....
I hope that nobody knows my birth date, because the security of the contents depends on my birth date and a code contained in the letter !!
NOT VERY SECURE IS IT - EXPERIAN ?0 -
