Hi Marcio,
I requested that the Agent out me back in the position that I was in prior to them mis-selling the offer with the same termination date as before (as per their own T&Cs ! ( "If you decide that you no longer wish to keep this offer, you need to let us know any time within 31 days from when the offer is applied (“cooling off period”). If you do this you will be put back in the same position you were before you accepted this offer.)
The agent refused to do that, saying he wasn't authorised to do that...
If anyone else suffers the same issue, suggest you make a Ofcom complaint - it is mis-selling - only takes a few minutes0 -

Complain to their CEO and ask them to listen to the phone call(s).0 -
We have Sky Q at the moment will the full package, only TV nothing else - Was paying £42 per month with a new customer deal from here last year i think.
Called up to cancel, best they would offer was around 40% off for a year.
Since canceling account now shows a 30% off offer, tried live chat best got offered was 40% off and £25 credit which is still alot more than have been paying, they also called me and offered the same as live chat.
Just over 2 weeks till switches off now.0 -
I'm on the Sky original package at £22.50, have been paying £13.50 for the past 6 months - used online to try to keep that deal and was told I had to take out a new 18 month contract and there was no option of any deal on a rolling contract. Said thanks but no thanks - anything think it worth trying again?0

That's 60% off, if that's for the full 18 months it's not a bad deal.0 -

thanks maybe I just spoiled last time in not having to extend my contract= think it is 40% off though
Whoops, so it is.
For reference I've just taken a 50% offer on Boxsets for an 18 month rolling monthly contract, so it's not such a good deal.
Edit: plus a £25 credit later on when they phoned back (no 'admin fee' either).0 -
I have been offered £22.80 per month to renew my Box Sets package, 18 months and £10 admin fee. Does this seem a good deal? I am not sure i tried hard enough to not pay the admin fee.
I did have broadband and calls was paying too much for the whole package. They were not offering a very good deal for broadband/line rental so will be cancelling that and going with another provider.0 -
