I am coming to the end of my contract with plusnet was paying £21 but now they want 26 and won’t budge should I go with it? It made no difference quoting that Nowbroadband and the Post Office are doing £21 a month including anytime calls0

Why pay £5 a month more for the same or lesser service? Go with NowTV over the PO.0 -
Anybody have any dealings with Nowbroadband? Some of the reviews are not good0

Was looking at plusnet sounds like you are happy with the service.0 -
I'm currently with Plusnet fibre which was £29/month. Contract ends on 22/1 so asked what they could do to keep me.
They offered £6 discount off £44 / month.
Looking around Sky (we have sky TV as well) are looking good but have no capacity on the exchange to offer fibre.

I have a long line on ADSL BB and my stats now are very poor on sky,
Down 4.1mb --up 0.3 --think the line has degraded over time, 8 years ago the top speed
i could achieve was still only Down 4.8-- Up 0.7, i now need fibre but will have to look hard for the best deal, living close to the street cabinet.0 -

I pay line rental in advance for the a year so works out £18.32 a month. If you pay monthly, it's £19.99 line rental.
My deal was for normal fibre. Essentially, no cost for the fibre broadband, just paying line rental costs, as above.
I know I could have got this cheaper, i.e. post office fibre is the cheapest fibre at the moment with the £65 voucher offer (making it £15.49 a month), but have a really good deal for four mobile sims with BT that can't be beaten elsewhere, so would be losing money by swapping providers.0 -
