Hi got reply from SRA they said that matters I have raised don't meet their criteria for further action. They advised to contact financial ombudsman or money advice service?!0

I'd reply to them saying it's got nothing to do with the alleged debt, so has nothing to do with the financial ombudsman or MAS. You're specifically complaining about the fraudulent correspondence from WH about action they know they cannot take.0 -

right hassle cannot take anyone to court (ppc cases) , the PPC (not DR+/PCS etc) could hire a right hastle solicitor for the day , however this would not be financially viable0

I just got a letter from dcbl (certified baliffs and high court enforcement) stating that they have been assigned by New generation parking management. They are asking me again for payment for overdue amount of £180.00. If I dont pay in 14 days second stage is enforcement fee of £160 then 265.00??!!!0

Do a search here and on PePiPoo as there's plenty going on with DCBL/NGPM recent cases. Lots of good advice given in the various threads.
I don't thing there'll be anything much else to add here as all the threads have come in the past couple of weeks.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I got yet another letter from dcbl stating they are increasing the charge if I don't pay in 9 days.
I got citizens advice and they stated they can make up their time frames and costs. I checked if ngp is with BPA and they are!
Citizen advice stated not to ignore the letter but to find out from BPA regulation authority whether I can ask for a long term appeal??0
