Oops I mean so I will just write a letter I mean sorry haven't done it yet x0
-
Now you are confusing me.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Ok so I just need to write a letter to SRA and send them copies of the letters from Parking company, ZZPS, and wrighthassall?
Do I include in the covering letter to SRA that Wright hassall are representing ZZPS as their client and not the Private car parking company and outline the false claim of the incident that they are accusing me of?
Following the letter to SRA will SRA contact Wright hassall?0 -
Dear SRA,
I am writing to make a formal complaint about the legal firm Wright Hassall. I have been in correspondence with them over an alleged debt owed to a parking company called NGP.
This company have employed the services of a third party Debt Collection Agent called ZZPS, who have in turn appointed Wright Hassall to send me letters relating to the alleged debt.
In their letters to me (copies attached) they have indicated that they are considering legal action against me in the form of a civil claim. However their client, ZZPS, the third party debt collector, does not have any interest in the alleged debt, something Wright Hassall are fully aware of.
Therefore their threat of a legal claim is baseless, and seriously mis-states the legal position I am in with regard to the alleged debt. I would like you to investigate this and let me know if you feel action against this company would be appropriate.
Yours,
[include their letters to date]
Wait and see if anyone else wants to tweak this.Je Suis Cecil.0 -

Hi
Do I now ignore any more emails from Wright hassell even though I am waiting to hear from SRA?0 -
You can always forward them on to the SRA, but I don't think you need to respond to any of them unless you're complaining to a named partner at Wright Hassal directly.0
-
Ok so if Wright hassell contact me as I now got photos of my car in the work car park on the day. Do I keep them?
And do I respond to them stating I have written to SRA and they have to wait s response from them?0 -
Do I just inform th that I've contacted SRA?0
