What is strange is that NGP is not there client and ZZPS (Debt people are?) so how can they take me to court?
If I respond does that not increase chances of harrassment letters to intimidate me?
Or
If I send the letters to Wright Hassall and ZZPS or NGP with proof of posting (not recorded)

yup send the letters , they have been warned then to to harass you , you will then start getting them from DR+ , pcs and the like

Route1 to getting these cancelled is always to talk to whoever hired them. If you go to http://www.talbotgreen.com/ you will see it is Savilles. Call Talbot Green and ask for the name of the person at Savilles who looks after the parking.
When you talk to them mention that you are aware that there has been a lot of complaints about this company at this site. Tell them you were not there at the times stated and you believe that NGPM are attempting to defraud you. Advise you will be taking the matter up with your local AM (they'll know who you are referring to, as they have had discussions about NGPM at this site before)This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
