got first ticket on 9th april and did drop off/collect on 2nd april at enfield freddy

forget wright hastle , its not them writing to you , ZZPS have done a deal with a solisitors that's on its last legs for its letterhead and permission to chase you ,


One only letter to wright hastle , to tell them its in dispute and to sod off , then any more crap , report them


same to ZZPS , who are a re incarnation of roxbourgues (who had there licence removed) , any more crap and report


PPC , sorry pals , check your photos , as I made 2 visits , have photos of car entering my works address at "xxx hrs" see you in court.

Dear WH,

The debt is denied. Please refer the debt back to the principal. No offence occurred - your clients ANPR is faulty. The vehicle made two very brief visits to the location and was at a different location the rest of the day.

How do you know it is not from the solicitors? Surely that is a criminal offence in itself?

I haven't got a picture of being at work but I have work colleagues who are witnesses and also made home visits to clients who can act as witnesses

Can I write a letter of harrassment?

followed by printing it out twice (once to wh and once to zzps)and sending by fist class post with free proof of postage NOT RECORDED


clearly state the name of the PPC , the offence date and the ticket reference




add that you were dropping your wife/sister/friend off at her workplace for start of work at 09.00 and you were collecting her at 17.00hrs , between those times you went to your normal day job , signed in at security and have good witnesses to state that both you and the car were present on there land




they speak !!!!!!!! to ,you , give em some back




no letter or action of harassment until you have contacted them (first class backup with proof of postage from PO )


if they continue then yes hit them hard
