Managed to log in to my sinofrench account. Does SRA stand solicitors regulation association?
Should I get proof that I wasn't there all day?
Would a letter from my manager prove I was at work and do was my car?0 -
Authority. The more letters you send to these scammers the more you get back, never contact them. They cannot issue Small Claims proceedings only the PPC can and that is not their client. These letters are designed to worry people into paying, red ink, may, recommend etc.0

Copy all the correspondence to them. Spell out the links between the various companies, bring to their attention the UKPC fraud, and suggest to them that WH's involvement in the private parking industry may be bringing the profession into disrepute. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Thanks for that. I'll ignore the recent correspondence and contact SRA.
Are there any formal template letters I can use to help me write the letter to SRA?0 -

My signature? If it's one of the rules totally respect that decision.

Ok so I just wrote a letter to SRA sending them copies of the letters from Parking company, ZZPS, and wrighthassall? Then a copy of my letter I sent to them and copy of the receipts of postage.
With s covering letter stating that Wright hassall are represented ting ZZPS as their client and not the
Private car parking company and outling the false claim of the incident with myself?.
Following the letter to SRA will SRA contact Wright hassal or advise me?0
