citizen advice debt department also said that I should check if they have filed any court judgements. I checked on trust online and I couldn't find anything?0

This is part of a new scam of deceit that NGPM are using. DCBL are acting as debt collectors and not bailiffs. There is a final letter where they refer it back to NGPM - despite claiming it has been assigned.
Ask CAB to refer your complaint to Trading Standards (who have a very large file on this scam) with a complaint about aggressive and misleading business practices and misrepresentation.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
