Hopefully having caught up with some diaries you'll have also seen others stumbling through too. I know I'm definitely stumbling!

Hi lovely people. It's so nice that you are all still here for me. I'm still trying to catch up on all your diaries. I'm waiting to see what further information the council night need from me so that I can start bidding but I've got a few days off next week so I'll chase it all then. I keep looking at the houses available but there's nothing that is suitable at the moment. Hope it doesn't take too long but on a good note gives me time to get some money behind me.

I've only got my wages now as my tax credits stopped when I moved in here so I will have to chase that up too.

Me and DD are definitely going to my mums for Christmas and I am loving Mr A's although we can't reserve things until we are in work so I sometimes miss out on some good things.

I also need to get my debts and signature updated and get back into recording how much I am paying towards them. I had just started to do so well.

I'm excited and scared at the same time about the flat. I called the office today and the deadline for bidding is midnight tonight. Tomorrow they will look through the list, apparently there have been twelve bids, and I'm in position four. Excited because I could have my own home again. Scared because I need pretty much everything for it.

Kirsty I noticed you say on your diary about putting a chair on a free to site. Any chance you could let me know what site you used. That might come in handy.

The best thing about the flat is that it is very close to DD's best friend.

Things at home aren't great. We or I'm trying to be civil but the atmosphere is pretty awful.

I think I will call the council tomorrow again. Might bug them enough to get me housed lol. Other than that at midnight tomorrow the new properties get listed so I'll be waiting up for that.

Hope you are all doing well and are ready for Christmas. I've done pretty well with cheap presents this year. Only DD's left. I'll have to get those next week when I get paid.

Hi Tink, it must be petrifying, but so exciting for you and DD to have your own awkward atmosphere-less space.

I put things on a local free to collector site on facebook, there's always tons of things on my local one so hopefully there is one local to you that could be a big help for you.

Thanks Kirsty. I don't use Facebook that much but I will for this. Not had a call yet but I've had a nosey at the outside of the flat. Has a large front communal garden but not much at the back I don't think. It would be back to drying clothes inside lol but at least there is room for our doggie to play.

Had a bit of a lie in this morning so that I can wait up tonight for the new properties to go on.

Feeling a bit flat today. I really didn't expect this over Christmas. My DD fell out with her boyfriend last night. They were texting them I saw a sudden change in her face. I thought I know that feeling and I was right when I asked her. They are so cute but total opposites. I'm sure they will be fine today. Bless her.

Have started to write a list of things I will need when I move and also dreaming of room ideas.

I'm not sad anymore so this must be right.

Onwards and upwards.

Hi lincs1205. Thank you for putting up with my posts to the end. I feel stronger than I did. I've not got upset this time so I'm guessing its the right thing.

Not heard anything about the flat yet, apparently it will be towards the end of the week. Only just over three hours until the new bidding opens and I'm a bit excited. I would love a house but I'll take what I can.

I'm in the middle of sorting my debts out, made a few phone calls to get some balances today, so when I have that all updated I shall update my signature.

This time I pinky promise I am in for the long haul.
