Owch sorry to hear about DD's knee, I hope you've got to the appointment OK and that something can be done for her. Really well done to her for getting on with exams. Did you get a medical cert? Just in case she comes in at a grade boundary or there's a situation where it might be worth showing that she was affected by a genuine problem.

Hi Rosa
We did make it thanks. We ended up trying to go for an MRI but as she couldn't bend her knee they couldn't do it. The doctor rang me the next day and to cut a long story short she ended up having an operation on it on Tuesday. She's doing great and the bandages came off yesterday so now starts the physio.
Prom was last Friday and I must say she looked beautiful. I'd love to post a pic but obviously I won't be lol. I'm just so proud of her. Her bf scrubbed up well too and they looked lovely together.
I'll be posting tonight with my debt update as it's payday :T
Take care.

Happy New Year everyone  hope you are all doing well!!
Quick update on DD's knee, she had a small op last year but things are still the same. She has been diagnosed with hypermobility and the cartilage on her knee is soft so small fragments break off, which causes the pain.
We are due to go for an MRI on the 20th of this month and if nothing shows up they are going to put it in a cast to see if that will help.
So onwards and upwards on the debt busting front with a shiny new diary -
