  • Thank you Kitten I've been very fortunate really xxx I've had the opportunity to do a lot of extra shifts over my journey so that has helped loads.

Sold another Item on ebay that's another £15 in the savings pot. One poll is at £5.95. Three Sleeps!!!
  • So eBay is going really well. £170 in the savings pot. I have a few other items to list too. I have started to list items at a fixed price rather than messing with auctions. It seems to be going well.

    Two Sleeps!
  • Savings pot is really cooking on gas!!! £214 in my account now. One more sleep!

It looks like I've caught up on your diary just in time.

    Debt free tomorrow??? WOW!!!

Well done on your progress so far, and I look forward to hearing all about the final payment tomorrow.

    :D
If you know you have enough, you're rich. ;)
  • Well today is the day. I have made the final payment to my barclaycard. :T

The past 9 months have been tough but I feel very fortunate that I have managed to do this once and for all. A don't owe a single penny to any one and its a lovely feeling. More than that I have learnt to spend what I have. Save, budget and I don't have nearly as much attachment to 'things' as I once did.

Onwards and upwards! I am starting a new diary. A more positive one.

Thank you so much to everyone who posted and read my diary. Every little piece of encouragement I have had has really helps.
