But if we were renovating again, we would have stripped the interior plaster off and re-insulated the walls. It is a very cold and damp house in wet weather. Though in part that is because it has no foundations either.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Managed to cut the leccy fence with my sickle (wasn't on fortunately!).

Unfortunately the vendor is so in love with her project (what she had planning for) that she can't imagine anything else.

A quieter day today. I have promised the kids playing field and rocket making. They are having to exercise rusty piano and maths skills first though!0

Well that all got done plus an estate agent visit, a binbag of carp collected, a charity shop bag filled, washing done, bedlinen changed...
Back to real life tomorrow.
Kids have been SUPER demanding today and we all really need to go back to school!0
