  • I agree. Offset mortgages aren't looking attractive at the moment considering rates so low and current accounts beating them. Things may look different next year though.

£200 win on the slots! :j Managed to bag a free bonus which ended up winning nicely on various spins. Never played before either so quite chuffed. Quitting while I'm ahead though. Can understand the addiction to gambling and could easily go back and spend it all.

Hopefully some cashback will track for it as well. Not showing yet, but I will give it a week.

Not a lotto win, but got a free lucky dip to claim for next time.

Also a £6 scratch card win to report.... ok re-reading this I do sound like a gambling addict lol. Did I mention I'm going to Vegas next month? haha

All going in the pot for next months OP. Can't wait.

We had an offset mortgage fro a few years when the rates where high and it really helped us to make big inroads and get our LTV down. I have to be honest I couldn't wait to get shut of it once the rates had dropped and it was better to make money on savings. All depends on your situation, LTV, your amount of savings and the rates you can get.

    Definitely worth considering though.
