    Happy Halloween  >:)

I've been MIA for a little while since the mortgage neutral goal was achieved.

Set another mini goal to end 2020 - To get my emergency fund to £40k.
This will be challenging as recently splurged quite a bit on the credit cards and taking into account the inevitable Christmas spending. Hoping for a little Xmas bonus and some overtime which should help.> £3,825 to save in 2 months.

    Total mortgage OP - £61,000
    Mortgage balance- £31,365
    Total Savings - £36,175

Decided to call it a day with this diary as I have recently moved house and started a brand new mortgage! Time to start a new journey and tackle this mammoth mortgage now on the family home.

Its been a good experience for me, starting this diary officially back in 2015!  and I became mortgage neutral in 2020 :) Hopefully my next diary will go as well as this one.
