Christmas time has come and gone. Enjoyed a day with the family and lots of presents for my boy. House looks like an overstocked toyshop now.
Have some Christmas money but not sure I will put it into my savings as this is supposed to be "treat" money.

Taking into account some possible big expenses next year (Car, Bathroom etc) I'm aiming for modest totals.

    Goals for 2019 -
    - Continue with £500pm OP - £6k in total
    - Aim to save at least £500pm - £6k in total
    - Find a good new mortgage deal and switch
    - Finish my degree

Overall targets for end of 2019 - £65k Mortgage and £35k savings. Happy new year!
    Total Mortgage OP £61,000
    Outstanding Mortgage £27,971
    Emergency Fund £62,100
I AM NOW MORTGAGE NEUTRAL!!!! <<Sep-20>>
