I did say -stay in a suite at a 5 star hotel or often club rooms as well - you are either not staying at the right hotels or in the right rooms. I can only think of Four Seasons who tend to charge- most of the other premium brands don't in my experience. Taj Mahal in Mumbai is the best- amazing laundry service- simply and beautifully presented.

I always come back with my clothes cleaner and much better pressed than when I go away. Sometimes I take clothes that need dry cleaning so that they get done there.

Very interesting thread. I've a full double wardrob and three large chest of drawers which are all full. 20-25 coatd and jackets in the hall cupboard. Shoes in three standing units. Ideally I'd like more space for clothes. On the other hand, it's just me in the flat - I often wonder how those who share it with O.Hs manage. I think if I had to give away 50% off the space I'd have to be very picky about what I kept and purchased going forward.
