  • Just catching up with your diary, thank goodness you weren't driving fast :A or on your mobile  as I see far too many drivers doing  that poor man, I always treat "mature" people as if they were my own :) and thank goodness he accepted your kind offer of a lift.

Hello :hello: to your £100,000's - reached another milestone :T

As for your calculation in interest figure - does it make a difference to you with the no of days in the month:rotfl:

Can't wait to have a look at mortgage figures tomorrow or knowing my lender - the day after
Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's

Hey AFK, I can't even use built in phone system in the car and drive but my DB can. Thought it was us women who were good at multi-tasking :o

Am very happy to be in the £100s, I like reading it as £10-9,960 so only 9,960 to the 99s...with a flake please :p

:rotfl: I don't know if number of days changes interest figure or not! I'll await online update for that, then compare to the automated spreadsheet calc. Lucky that I can see capital outstanding and next interest amount due separately, but like yours takes a couple of days for it to be showing :)

Definitely makes a difference once you get sub 100k. Doesn't seem like that long ago we did it and now we are in the 80's.
