It's because they're yours and smell of you
~ wash them , or squirt them with something he doesn't like the smell of or give up and let him have them and get yourself another pair!:rotfl:
don't stress about the tatoo ~ it's too late anyway! There are worse things she could have done!! (although I'm struggling to think of something!):rotfl:Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Good afternoon everyone,
Just home from visiting my best friend who was brilliant by the way she was totally non judgemental and it was refreshing to meet that kind of attitude.
Whilst i was out my wonderful GP phoned to say i was to keep my chin up and that she would catch up with me next week. That was also very nice.
Its nice to know that people do care.
Congratulations on passing the HGV Test to Froggas OH.
Jackieo its wonderful to have you back, i hope your recuperating nicely in your new conservatory and being pampered like you deserve.
Well im off just now as DS1 is making mince and tatties for tea so im going to get changed into my scruffy clothes and go and do the prep work for decorating the huge hallway.
Have a fab Friday evening everyone

Jackie, it's lovely to see you back. You are a credit to us of the older the generation, keep it up girl!!
I refuse to grow old gracefully, in fact one of the good things about being old and decrepit is the lovely young men you get to see. I saw the hand specialist yesterday, very nice he was. I really enjoyed having him stroking my poor deformed hands although when he mentioned operation I went off him a bit.
You enjoy being pampered by your wonderful family and take care of yourself. Penny-Pincher, sorry you haven't been well, hope you feel a bit better soon.
Hugs and congratulations where needed to everyone else. I'm not supposed to be typing and DH is shouting at me to stop.
Have a nice weekend.0 -
DLB...was this a one-off 'handless' for OH or is he like mine, likely to break beyond repair anything he attempts to fix?
Marie.
Lol, i must admit he is normal brilliant at repairs this was the worst thing i can remember him doing, he feels silly and keeps shaking his head looking at the mess lol:rotfl: :rotfl:
But we are getting back to normal and once the new carpet is down it will have been worth it!!
Been busy all morning then at about 3 thought sod it and opened a bottle of wine!! Well dh does go back to work monday so have to enjoy my last few days of having him at home to help with kids;)
It been playing on loads of old games on pc with kids, theme hospital is the one i shouldnt have put on as im going to get hooked again!!!
Roast beef almost ready for tea, then plan on a big bubble bath and chilling in front of a film.
Have a great night everyone
Donna

Hi!
Just caught up with some of the news I've missed while I've been away.
Big hugs to Jackie0 and PP.
Well we didn't make it to the cinema today as we decided to tackle the garden while it wasn't raining. The forecast for the weekend is rubbish and the garden hedge was taking over. The girls didn't seem to mind and are still enjoying their 'gadgets' after 3 weeks without them!
I must tell you about the new toy I bought in Holland. It is a milk frother and it helps to make lovely cappuccino style coffee...and it actually works!. It's called a 'Cappuccino Creamer' and it consists of a huge mug with a plastic plunger thingy, a bit like the one you get on a coffee cafeteire. You heat the miik up in the microwave and then plunge it for about 30 secs and then add it to a mug which contains coffee with a smidge of boiling water in it. The coffee is just like a proper cappuccino and is so easy to make. I'm not sure if they are available over here but if you google 'Frabosk Cappuccino Creamer' you get various sites. Mine cost about £15 but was worth every penny!
We're having chicken fajitas for tea and I've frozen 2 huge tubs with the rest of the 2 chickens in the stock I boiled up from the bones last night. Don't you just love Rubber Chicken?
Have a good evening!0 -

tsk tsk that JackieO ...... can't take her anywhere
Meanmarie - good luck with the sqaure foot garden - my two are in their first proper year and it's amazing what you can grow in the space.
I'm just waiting for dd to call to tell me to pick up her sister .... so annoying. She has been at a friend's looking after her kids while she goes to work. the woman hasn't paid her for last week and is now umming and ahing about this week - that's 3 kids under seven plus her own son and 10yo sister. She has had to pay train fare to get there and promised to be home before half five so I could pick up dd on my way home from work. Just got a call from her - the woman isn't paying her tonight- ohmigod I am so angry i feel like going round there myself and getting her money for her. I hate it when people take advantage.
Anyway must go and pick up dd at this really inconvenient time - i will meet the train and help other dd home
have a good evening
stefI'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 20080 -
Huge hugs to everyone - Only just managed to sit down after being up since 7 am.
New fridge freezer arrived this am - free thanks to extended service plan - the other one had a door that went 'feral' and kept jumping off it's hinges when we walked past!! Anyway, item arrived first thing only the men didn't take the old one away - apparently we should have paid extra money for a different type for delivery for that to happen - not that they told us.
Well, the shop won't do anything and the council can't come for two weeks - so there we are, lookiing like the Clampets (ancient u.s. comedy for those who have no clue what I 'm prattling on about). I was tempted to put my hair in bunches and unbutton my top pretending to be Ellie May - only for the soon to be ex DH to mutter I was getting more like 'Granny!!!
He choked on his poisoned evening meal, but manfully struggled through it all.
Take care everyone.
Tilly
xxThanks to this fantastic site and it's amazing people, we have paid over £63, 000 off - just over half way!!!:T THANK YOU:T0
