Thanks Joey, I have now signed up for that survey site and have carried out £2.30 worth of surveys:)
Really looking forward to the weekend's activities. Driving down the country today to visit DS1 and staying Fri & Sat. He is going to cook for us tonight which really makes me realise that he is all grown up and an independent man. Its his Birthday tomorrow so will be having a lovely family day. No sure what he has planned and I hope the weather improves.
Need to post the BIN item as have received payment.
I have received 2 x £5 vouchers for a local pub/restaurant so hubby and I have decided to have lunch before we set off and pay separately so we can use both of the vouchers, maybe the bar staff will think we are on a first date:rotfl:
Going to be a spendy couple of days as we need to fill up hubby's car for the journey today although I have noticed that diesel is cheaper than petrol at the moment, need to buy DS1 a birthday present and also whatever activities we do on Saturday which will most likely involve us going out for the evening.
Goals for today
HEALTH
Yoga stretch before and after car journey
Make healthy choice for lunch
WEALTH
Post BIN item sold
Use 2 x £5 vouchers for lunch
Check Free Postcode lottery
HAPPINESS
Forget about work and do NOT check emails
Enjoy every second with our Son over the weekend:A
Hope everyone has a fantastic Friday and Saturday."These things take time but I know that I'm the most inept that ever stepped"0 -

Glad there were some there, the least I've ever been paid on PA was 60p for a 4 minute survey, and the best was £10 for 30 minutes. Most are around £1-£1.50.

Had a fantastic weekend with DS1 chilling out round his flat, OH helping him with some DIY jobs and then a lovely evening meal out on the Saturday making good use of an early bird offer. DS1 is a very good money saver so the whole weekend was not as expensive as first thought. We also had a £25 L0tt0 win:j
Back to work today and I am going in with a positive can-do attitude. Lot's on my to do list.
Goals for today, aiming for a NSD:
HEALTH
Drink lots of water throughout day
Walk up stairs in building not taking lift (4th floor)
Take a walk with OH tonight as this helps after a long day
WEALTH
Take empty water bottle to fill at water cooler
Take packed lunch and fruit for snacks
Remember to fill in mileage claim!
HAPPINESS
Take work in my stride, stick to my to-do list and finish one job before starting another
Go for a short walk around lake near work at lunch time rather than working through
Remain positive and do not get dragged into negative/moaning conversations
Hope everyone has a great start to their week:)"These things take time but I know that I'm the most inept that ever stepped"0 -
