Thanks so much for all the well wishes, you lovely bunch!

I've been freed! I only had 1+ of ketones left in my wee and blood tests came back good so 6 bags of fluid over 50 hours and they let me go. Mainly because they desperately needed the bed so the sister told me, but I am under strict instructions to take it easy and head back up if I can't drink and keep down at least 3 litres of water a day.

The tablets my GP wouldn't prescribe because of the expense (!!) are finally prescribed and I have 7 days worth plus have dropped the medication sheet at the Doctors for a prescription for the rest of the NZ holiday.

Work has been as usual annoying and been in touch asking when I am back, I was there on Monday until I left for the hospital and I don't know what could have gone so wrong since then! I ended up turning my work emails off because it was stressing me out. I bet that's gone down well. I will find out tomorrow...

Thanks again for all the messages, you're a bunch of stars :D xx
