    Only been out locally on the bicycle, usual indoor biking and indoor weights. Have been fairly active doing lots of gardening. Diet was much lower in calories. Nevertheless, STS since last Wednesday.

    Just 0.2kgs off for me = 0.4lbs i think (total gone squiffy - should be 30.8lbs now please fred)
