- 8lbs since last Wednesday. Don't know why that happened.
Usual gardening and indoor/outdoor cycling activities were done. One bike ride involved about half the distance (2miles?) of it walking back home due to a puncture. Calories per week came down.
P.S. fredsnail, I notice you put me on the chart for the 'London to Montreal' challenge. Is it possible to convert so far a distance of 41.5 miles (i.e. outdoor biking only) to time? Thanks.

fredsnail and all, for the last two days of June 2016, no more time to be added to the "London to Montreal challenge."
- 2lbs since last week. Calories about the same as last week. Hardly any exercise. Energy and fitness levels still less so.
Thanks.
