            Still no weight recording from me. (Finding health matters tough). I think my weight had increased but overnight/today "stomach upsets" so this confirmed that decision.
 Exercise has been gardening and indoor/outdoor biking. Outdoor biking has been of the money-saving type e.g. foraging and visiting a local store who have grocery "clearance" stock. Diet remains about the same.0
