Merry Christmas all - I hope that you have a good one.0

STS (weighed myself yesterday). Not been out much and just a bit of indoor cycling done. Diet was not affected by the Xmas period. Outstanding, just a few end of year jobs (i.e. 2023 weight outcome and outdoor bike miles) to be calculated regarding this challenge.
Thanks.0 -
I want in too! New Year, New Me, haha.0

2023 results were :-
December outdoor bike miles = 40.8
All of 2023 = 856.34 miles
Weight loss = - 1lb
Thanks to those who posted last year.0 -

Hi Everyone,
26th Sep 2023 I weighed 138.5kg.
25th Nov 2023 I weighed 128kg.
Then I had my 40th birthday, 2 weeks in Benidorm, Christmas and New Year, lots of beer, food and cake.
02nd Jan 2024 I weighed 126kg.
I’m aiming for 115kg for April. I’m not to sure what will happen after that, will have to see how my body reacts.
So far most of my weight loss has been lower body. Lost loads from bum and thighs, not much from up top and even less from mid section. T-shirts do fit better but I’ve not dropped a t-shirt size yet.I can only take so much weight loss down below before I start looking like Gru from Dispicable Me (fat body with skinny chicken legs).
My weights are in KG’s because that’s what it says on the print out from the scales at the gym.0 -

Good luck to reach your target in April.
I tend to only weigh in once a month, so my updates will be few and far between.I’m not going to lie, my weight loss this time has been easy. I knew weight loss is 90% diet 10% exercise, so I’m using my time differently. Instead of going the gym, going for a walk or bike ride, I’m planning my food. I’m eating more healthy, doing less exercise, spending more time with my daughter, sleeping a lot better and still managing to lose weight. But as said earlier, I don’t think I can lose much more with out changing something up, unless my body decides to start burning belly fat!
Good Luck Everyone!0
