Hi all, sorry I was awol again yesterday -the council men have been cutting the grass in the field, and it set me off with runny eyes and nose, and I felt too rough to sit in front of a screen. :( On top of a bluddy lupus flare.

No matter, we took a different route for walkies today - a short one, as Ronnie's been a bit under the weather himself today; poor little lad was sick this morning:( (bless him, he tapped the back door with his paw to be let outside). He's perked up now though, and has had some dins, which has stayed down, so I think it was just one of those things.

We were supposed to have Mr LW's pal over tonight, but he's cried off as he has a bad asthma session going on.:( In a way I'm relieved (not that he's poorly, of course) but I don't really feel up to a visitor if I'm honest.

Mr LW has said that he'll throw some salad-y stuff onto plates when he gets in for our dins; and there's some apple crumble left that'll do for pud.

So I'm afraid Flying is pretty minimal at present; hopefully normal service will resume soon.;)

Btw, our "maiden" is called an A-frame, cos that's exactly what it is, it sits over the bath.:o
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Tomorrow night is the Beavers end of term party at a play centre. Oh, just remember- FIL has took my car to his friends garage for the MOT, and left me his car so I can get the kids to their beavers and ballet groups! How fab is that? He's going to use MILs car for golf, so really it's her that's going to be without, possibly for the next 2 mornings :A

    Evening all.

As I did all the bedroom jobs today I'm going to catch up with today's hall jobs in the morning before the paid stuff. Might do the 'me time' first though.

Night night all, see you tomorrow.

Wood burner is in. Plaster on chimney breast is off. Well actually most of it is still attached but I'm not sure how as there is 0.5 cm gap between the plaster and the wall. It looks lovely though.

Belated congratulations to your ds2 Dusty

  • Evening all,

Amazed I've done owt today, as I forgot it was the school play, plus swimming lessons. But I have:

[STRIKE]Will clean out fridge when shopping comes.
    Daily stuff
    Long dog walk
    Clean out fridge
    Dust living room and stairs[/STRIKE]
    Hoover and mop same
[STRIKE]Clean dog nose prints from living room window[/STRIKE]

Tired. Having a small glass of wine. Then off to bed. Two more days of term to go, I'm glad, the children are tired and constantly bickering, verging sometime on physical violence. They need a rest, pity I can't also have seven weeks off:(

    Tomorrows plan:

Hoover and mop living room and stairs
    Dailys
    HHI
    Clear master bedroom hotspot
    Dust bedroom
    Hoover bedroom
    Mow lawn if time

    Night xx
