  • Hi all

Paid stuff was a nightmare tonight, glad to be home and in my jammies. Brought the washing in from the line before I left and folded it. I'm hoping that it's nice tomorrow so I can get the bedding out to dry.

    LW How are you doing?

Off to bed now as I'm shattered. Night night all sleep well.

I'm in Yorkshire now and not sure if they are called that here.

It was a new one on me until I came on here - we call it an airer which is very boring! And winterdyke, not come across that before either.

LR dusted, bit early to hoover. Recycling out, a load of washing put in on a quick wash so hopefully can get that out before I go to work. Going to have a quick look at my online banking then get ready for paid stuff.

    Have a good Wednesday x

Morning all. Hope everyone is ok.

Bedroom for me today as in flying. Some bedding already in the machine. Didn't get around to any specific kitchen jobs yesterday but will try to catch up with listy too.

    Have a great day everyone.

I think the names given must be dependent on which area you are from Maidens/winter dykes etc I'm originally from lincs and they are clothes horses in my family. Mil calls hers an airer (midlands)

GWS vibes for any poorlies, I hope you a feeling better soon
Hugs good wishes posi vibes sticks and spoons to all who need them.
Won't be about much today as I'm with DD2 and DGS so won't be flying much.

    Have a good day all

Drizzley here atm, hoping it clears up later for cricket.

I've got half an hour now to do some basic flying before the paid stuff. Hoping to get an hour in the garden this afternoon before cricket.

    Have a good day.

ETA I call mine a maiden or an airer, my Mum used to say clothes horse.
