I've just foudn out i'm pregnant. OMG OMG OMG.

i'm excited , scared , worried all at the same time.

    CONGRATULATIONS!:j

Must be something in the water.. cos guess what?

I was just coming on here to announce I am pregnant too! :D:D:D :j

Only found out on thursday.. but didnt want to post on here till id had my docs appointment about an hour ago to confirm it...... not that she did anyway cos she didnt even touch me... or do a test... or anything and has actually told me im "at most 4 weeks" when i make it 7 weeks!

Shes going on fact i had my last negative test on 25th july so is saying i must have concieved after that but if i work on 1st day of last period being 24th june and the fact i know roughly when we were erm initimate shall we say :o its definetely 6/7 weeks..... going on her dates were having a second jesus - immaculate conception and all that! :rotfl:

Plus i have all the symptoms of being later on than 4 weeks..... and my little pink line on all 3 tests i did on thursday went really obvious dark cerise pink in seconds.... didnt have to wait minutes like the test said! (despite being only 9 days after conception by her reckoning) So im guessing im not "just" pregnant like she says....

Shes really upset me actually as its my first baby and im anxious... i dont wanna be "put back 3 weeks" ... especially not by someone whos only sat the other side of a desk from me and not even touched me or able to see my little hard belly, or my bigger than ever boobage.. or the fact ive spent about 5/6 weeks feeling rotten and unable to eat/sleep properly etc etc...

Anyway now i HAVE to get back to oldstyling properly! Have totally fell of bandwagon - the house is a bombsite, i had 3 takeaways last week, my food bill is atrocious and ive been throwing loads out, i have washing still in the washing machine since sunday! eek! and i havent sorted the recycling out for weeks if not months so its all piled up on my windowsill (that that hasnt already just been thrown in the bin :o) So must motivate myself to get back into it as ive got a little one to think about and an empty bank balance! (suppose i better get used to the latter.... hehe!!)

What a day every1 is having! Congratulations Johanne!

Bailey-cat has managed to lose another collar, in all of the 45 mins he spent outside. One collar plus NEW magnet to allow him through our new cat flap. So 1.5 wks of new catflap and new magnet needed. These were £7.99 for 2. Just got SOAKED looking round the neighbourhood for the collar. Looked like a mad nutcase clambering through bushes ... :)
  • Afternoon all :hello
Well it's raining cats and dogs here!
Got back from our trip last night, Edinburgh was fantastic but we didn't get to see as many street shows as we would have liked to due to the weather.
We stopped in at Newcastle to visit the inlaws on the way home and as always came home with a car ladened full of toys for the kids! I dont mean to seem ungrateful but i see it as a complete waste and most of the time they get forgotten about in a week just to clutter up the kids bedroom.
Hope you are all well, i'm just about to go read through the previous threads and see what i've missed.
