    Hi

Had thought I would keep up to date with you all again now I thought family stuff dealt with. Mum in hospital today but my DS dealing with it. Looks like she has had a few wee strokes and sister with her today. I am taking some extra time off (sister retired but not changing her plans which is a bit of a no no!!!!). Work will probably not be too happy but Mum lives too far away from a quick pop up in the evening. I have issues with my Mum but I have to be there for her!

Love and hugs to all, Happy Birthday to those celebrating, thoughts to all..

GB xxxxx See you soon I hope.

    Congratulations Johanne,

I have just seen a lovely little two day old girl who weighed in at something over 6 pounds.....2800gm. She slept through the visit, and I was dying to pick her up but my friend's in-laws were there and I had never met them before ( and TBH they are from Armagh so I couldn't understand most of what they said!) I didn't want to seem pushy....BTW I told someone this morning that her middle name was Fola, but it is actually Sola, which is Japanese for sky...nice for a different name.

Hope that PenPin, JackieO and everyone else not feeling well are recovering apace.

Lucie...my father had prostate cancer for several years before he died, would have been in his 70s when diagnosed and in the end it was other problems that caused his death...apparently many men with prostate cancer die of old age not cancer. Positive thinking very important.

Surprised to find so many of you young ladies totally ignorant of facts of life and pregnancy causes....easy for me to say I suppose, I am so safe!

GrannyBroon hope that your mother recovers soon...old age is not the nicest place to be when your family are not near, but you are right to be there for her, whatever your issues.

Donnygal...hope that your birthday was a fabulous day.

Falling asleep I think, so off to bed

    Sweet dreams all
