Dear Revolut Official (or other members with experience of this card...)
I've had my card a few days, topped up some cash, converted it to EUR and used it online. So far, so excellent. If this works as easily as others say, it will change travel logistics and money transfers for ever. Heading off to Greece for a test in the field in a few days.
Two questions though:
1) How can we know in advance which foreign banks charge for use of their ATMs? I understand that there are no Revolut charges, but doesn't the issuing bank sometimes charge a fee of their own?
2) Is it possible to get an additional card on the same account for my partner? For two people with joint finances, there is no need for two Revolut accounts run off two separate phones.

Thank you very much. Sometimes the ATM does charge a fee. But we can only control what Revolut charges, and right now that is nothing. You can check for ATMs using MasterCard's ATM locater http://www.mastercard.co.uk/atm-locator.html however we haven't tested this extensively yet to see whether they are free or not. Also it may not show all available ATMs.

Is it possible to top up through use of an arranged overdraft? When I attempt to do so the app says my card's balance is nil and then I get an error message.
Also I have encountered a problem of getting a notification ("you have received a message from Revolut") and then the message not showing up in-app once I log in. Is this a bug or just me?

You can top up via debit card, bank transfer, or have another revolt user transfer you money from their account. If you are having trouble with this please contact our in-app chat or support@revolut.com.

I've just downloaded the app and requested a new card myself. I will head to Sri Lanka in September and will feed you back in with my experience of this service.
On a side note, I have a question:
Can someone else top up my Revolut card? E.g. if my parents (in Europe) want to give me some money (typical birthday present), can they now do it through my Revolut card, thus donating me the money free from usual bank fees?
ps: forgot to enter the MSE promotion code when registered. I contacted the in-app support and received the extra £5 within 1/2 hour from my request. Excellent :T0 -

Hey everyone - I said that I'd let you all know when my card arrived. It arrived this afternoon - exactly a week after I ordered it.
So far so good...
I'll keep you posted about my progress. I'm not due in Barcelona for another month. Plenty of time to top up funds and see that everything works as it should!0 -

As of yet you cannot withdraw VND and KHR into a bank account, however you can withdraw from an ATM and spend in VND and KHR.Thanks everyone for their feedback on this card.

Signed up Thurs night last week, so was surprised to see a message saying that card was despatched, but card hasn't arrived. Messaged every day since Monday and kept getting replies saying to wait another day. Today is Thurs and so have had to get next day delivery for a charge of £10. Supposed to get here by 1pm tomorrow ��. Didn't apply for this card early enough. Don't think comms have been accurate. Phone line said mailbox was full, couldn't even get through to an operator. Won't be loading as much as we would have done if I was totally confident of the service. Reading this thread certainly makes me feel wary. First top up went through swiftly last week. Started off so well! Was impressed with the app (using iOS).0

This is an absolutely fantastic service and I think they have the total concept spot-on for what people want.
However, am not fully confident in using the service as I made a withdrawal to my bank account on Monday morning and this has not reached my bank account yet. I have checked the account number and sort code I entered for the withdrawal and they are correct. Does anyone know if this is normal? With everything else about this service being so swish, I thought withdrawals would be within hours not days.
