Having another break with a cuppa and third slice of cake. But I think I deserve it as I have:

Done two washloads, all dry and away now
    Hoovered/swept/mopped through whole house
Done a temporary repair on my wardrobe (really needs replacing)
Lots of gardening, still more to do.

Hope everyone is having fun this fine Sunday.
Spend less now, work less later.

Just had dinner finished off with a lovley bowl of melon and strawberries topped with yoghurt- lovley.

Bright and breezy day here, washing out, hoping to sun the knees of DD white leggings that are grubby. She's currently playing out in her swimming cossie  and occasionally saying she's cold

Right, I'm off to fix the mini solar panel of the garden lights onto the fence - finally bought some screws small enough...

Belated Hoppy Birdday to Jazee and congrats to mummyroysof3.

HB I hadn't realised Kelpie was poorly - I'd have done healing for him if I'd known. Glad he's on the mend though.

Sorry I've been awol for a couple of days - just felt too ghastly to cope with sitting in front of a screen. Hopefully the shower we've just had will lay some of the grass pollen that the field where I walk woofers is full of. My dratted butterfly rash is back again too, so with that and the bloodshot eyes, I look like something out of a horror movie!

    bad bad flylady

I have cleaned my living room. I moved the sofas. I found a fairy light part. And an unused tea light.

Now I would have sworn that I had cleaned under there since Christmas.:rotfl:

Anyway, I have a sparkly, shiny lounge. (and I wouldn't mind but there's not a lot of furniture IN there:cool:)

I have also decluttered a casserole. I had two matching ones (Boots camargue so I've had my money's worth; it's a while since Boots had a kitchen dept) and have clattered a (hot) lid to the floor thought I might as well chuck the chipped pot:T
Kudos to my neighbours who checked I was ok (lid crashed to floor and smashed to bits and back door was open).

DD didn't come and check - she figured I wasn't hurt because of the swearing and level of oath used b.... h*ll:rotfl:

And *glows with pride* washing straight from line onto ironing board. Then maiden/hangers to air!:T
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY

    Afternoon all

Kitchen tidied, window ledge wiped, dusty fairy lights removed and cleaned, not very bright so will not be going back up.

    LR tidied and dusted

    My bedroom dusted and HSL

Ironing done apart from DS1's shirts which he is doing now

WM3 just finishing so can go on the line. I'll iron DHs jeans when I bring them in but little of the other bits need ironing.

DS2 is supposed to be finishing sorting and dusting his room

    Bill paid, statement printed.

All in all rather a lot achieved for me!

Dinner next then either a few bits to do in the garden if I can risk being bitten or a bit of tidying and dusting in the DR.

  • Evening all,

Valli, I hoovered down the sides of the sofas two weeks ago and found similar Christmas remnants. Last year at around this time found walnuts behind TV shelf:embarasse
Ah well, life's too short to clean in those sorts of not-often-visited-places every week.

Anyway, done most of my Sunday mini list:

    [STRIKE]Dailys
Clean inside of my car (said I would do this two days ago)[/STRIKE]
Mow lawn could not do this as slightly rainy and no petrol
    [STRIKE]HHI
    HH paperwork.
Do something nice as a family together.[/STRIKE] - we went to the cinema and ate our body weight in chocolate and crisps:T

Hope part comes foe WM tomorrow as running out of pants!
