Morning everyone.

DGS2 managed to get most of the yard walls done yesterday but I need some more paint. Old stair carpet disposed of.

Nothing on today so will get some more paint and get some flying done.

Morning all, not had chance to get on much this week but still flying.


Weather today is awful so not much will be happening outside unless its polytunnel but that will have to wait until the evening. I've got 2 extra kids this morning and a house that looks like a herd of cattle have come through..... so plan is to get housework done and then nip into town for the schoolbags and meeting a customer. Later once all extra kids are away it will be garden time, some peace bliss

I can't keep up at the moment, but I wanted to drop by to give CY and Boddy huge hugs and send *healing vibes* to both of you as well.

I spent three weeks at the chalet on and off, but most of that time was spent doing the odd jobs over there that didn't get done last year or the year before. It looks a lot better but the garden needs more titivating. In the meantime new-to-me dog Kelpie has had two lots of surgery and he's struggling. I think he'll be okay; we're still awaiting a test result and I'm handfeeding him little and often.

The kitchen floor got a swish and swipe yesterday and the new stick cleaner is dealing with his moulting rather well; rather less well with my long hair so I've learned how to clean the pickup roller. Next urgent job: track down a new 3" tough stain brush for the carpet washer that has got lost somewhere. Grr.

Hi all. Congrats mummyroysof3on the degree. Glad you have doggies LW. I know what you mean about the hayfever.

Major flying this week and also delegation to gardeners, window cleaner and guttering cleaner. House was empty for 2 years when we got back from Birmingham and I haven't done much since. It has definitely enhanced my inner calm.

Eight weeks dry tomorrow. Yippppeee. Also, I have a job interview on Tuesday. Just up my street and only 25hrs. I don't want anything full time. With DH, meetings, and dog I need to be able to spend time at home and relying on buses to take me around takes forever. Roll on Sept 25th.

Hugs and spoons to all in need. CY sorry to hear the news, and I'll keep my thoughts about your mother's comments to myself.

Got quite a bit done and even a frog done. I have a little side table with a drawer. It was full of carp. I even found £30 in my spare glasses case and no idea why it's there.
