Morning flyladies, I've not had a chance to read back but it seems congratulations, hugs and chin ups are in order today, so lots on their way.

Its been a busy and fraught week here but today is celebration day (big 50) so I'm just hoping all the plans come together. Funnily enough, at the moment I'm on here as I've found myself at a loose end with nothing to do for a little while. It's peaceful though.

Morning! I'm scoffing biscuits with my tea and really shouldn't be
Was 3-in-a-bed last night so feeling drained- although I did build the second lot of drawers and put them in my room.

This afternoon I will get sorted! Littlies are warned there is tidying to be done...

But first we are going up to town to declutter DS mop then they need new toothbrushes, then we are going to check out a new ballet class for DD.

Need to get spare room ready before Monday as MIL and FIL are back tomorrow from hols and will be staying over Monday...

Going out to meet some family later so plenty of jobs to do first. Car is filthy, mmm, wash it myself or car wash?

Priorities are credit card balance transfer, letter to hospital consultant, cardboard to the tip, buy hayfever tablets and getting some washing done.

Right, better make a start!

Started work on the computer just after 6.00 this morning, took DH to work on the railway at 8.00, decluttered over £100 to MrS on things I buy about every couple of months but managed to get 5x points and also got what I wanted from the cheap art store.

All shopping put away and it's back to work now. Peaceful here apart from next door's grandchildren playing outside (not noisy, just chattery) and the horses clip-clopping down the lane. Cloudy and not so hot here - rain coming later? - so I hope to get lots of work done. I need to finish off at least one box for delivery tomorrow. Babysitting for friends tonight :eek:

Still struggling to keep up, and not managing very well but just about coping. The house is a (cleanish) tip mainly thanks to the efforts of one of the lodgers and OH, the dog's very slowly improving, and I'm exhausted. Thank goodness it's the weekend.
