    Hi all

Have had a nice day visiting family for a relative's birthday. Have left OH and the kids partying while I came home to feed and walk the dog and I am just enjoying a few minutes of quiet before I return to the chaos!

Lots of washing dried and sorted so thats good. Might put it away before I go back. Will give the dog a little longer for his tea to settle then take him down the fields. Looks like rain here.

I've just had a quick whizz round the kitchen and hallway. After last weeks party my mum left this giant blue roll of kitchen paper - I hate it, lol. "I'll leave you this, it's really useful!" Er no, it's really huge and doesn't fit anywhere! So I'm giving it back and using my own choice of kitchen roll, and my microfibre cloths.
Upstairs is looking better - my room feels lovely and carp-free - although there are pockets of carp - I have a sentimental box in the top of my wardrobe I'm not ready to tackle this week. All in good time.

DS is reading over my shoulder - the little monkey needs to go to bed!

  • Evening all.

Quite a lot done today, although it was all random and off list. WM, (still making horrid noise, part ordered)' DWx2, washed dogs bedding, stripped our bed, cleared bedroom floor and hoovered, shouted at children until they cleared their bedroom floor, then I hoovered, mopped kitchen floor, planted some new plants in the jungle, de cluttered a lot of stone we don't want down to OH's step mums. Her OH has made us a large bench in return. Nice long dog walk only marred by flipping midges. Grrrrr.
    My list for tomorrow:

    Dailys
Clean inside of my car (said I would do this two days ago)
    Mow lawn
    HHI
    HH paperwork.
Do something nice as a family together.

Have a good Sunday all xx

    Morning everyone

I gave the teenagers a lecture about suncream and sunburn yesterday and have woken up this morning to find that I have burnt the side of my face!!! I am going to get so much stick when they wake up.

DS2 is at cricket so need to find out who is taking him. Was out all day yesterday so I intend to potter gently today and get some jobs done.
