Thanks TCA.
Yes they've now responded to say "that if I haven't received any Invoices... Completely failed to understand the problem is the 'itemising'! I've tried numerous times since May to get it to work to no avail! Still I can now at least communicate further so thanks again.0 -

They may not have mis-understood. Invoices by email do not offer itemised calls, but on the website, having signed in and then selecting Invoices / Itemised Calls offers me - err - Invoices and Itemised Calls0 -

Still working for me, although on some attempts I did have to click on "Itemised calls" twice to get it to work.
The "+" is to the left of your phone number, which when clicked on should give you a list of itemised calls.
It might be worth trying another browser.0 -
18185 works on Plusnet but no recorded message from 18185. I just made a call via 18185 to an 0345 number lasting 10m 32s and the total charge from 18185 is £0.172p.0

They only time I don't get the prerecorded message advising me of the price per minute is when the call is answered very quickly and it doesn't have time to kick in.0 -

It is cheaper but not really a lot. It comes down to convenience: With 18185 I can dial the whole number straight off but with the 0808 number there has to be a pause between the 0808 number and the main number called, mainly listening to the recorded tafiff message before proceeding. That leads to uncertainty when programming numbers in my telephone, i.e. how long does the pause have to be?0 -
Thinking of moving to Plusnet for phone and internet, phone line is currently with BT.
Does the 18185 prefix still work with Plusnet or will I need to use their less friendly 0808 access number.0 -
@ABN -Yup 18185 still works on Plusnet0
