Nothing seems to be working for me to put this right, so I'm just copying the links and putting them into Google.

Instead of clicking on a link try right clicking on it then select 'open link in new tab' - that will keep you on MSE and open up the comp link.
That's using Firefox, IE and Chrome will have a similar if not exact phrase that will do the same.
Temp solution until whoever has broken MSE gets round to fixing it.

Even that has stopped working for me now and links just go to MSE
Not sure if anyone has reported this thread or if anyone in power is aware MSE is broken but I have just reported

an easier way is to ctrl click & it will automtically open in in a new window

Yes, there are two related problems here. That will open links in a new window/tab if they are not doing that.

If the forum has messed up the link when clicked on, that is probably the best way.

thanks Fermi, am finding it's the quickest way to do ATM,
though usually drop & drag most links away from mse.

I always ctrl click to open in a new window......but it's not working tonight Just opens up a duplicate page for me. Fingers crossed it's back up and running soon.
