Brilliant. Thanks for the speedy responses. Sat outside Disney village at the moment whilst wife and kids investigate matters further. Roofbox causing a few issues with parking at the village multistory!

Don't remember there being a height restriction at the Village car park, so thanks for the heads up frogeye, may cause us problems if we park there again - had a 'normal' height car last time, now we have an MPV and a 4x4, so much higher, especially if we use the roofbox.

hi
apologies if I asked before, but what is best website to book a 1 day or 2 day park hopper? were not 100% sure what days we will visit park, but does a 2 day ticket have to be used consecutively?

how much more are tickets at the entrance on the day?

here are the gate prices -

you can save a heap by buying your tickets elsewhere - have a look at fnac and ticketnet.fr - and possibly the French version of the official DLP site too.

Later that night...
We didn't get very far with getting in as the "passport office" had shut by 8pm French Time.

As for the roofbox, whilst I was waiting for the family to return I took a cautious trip up to the height barrier at the Disney Village carpark, it states 2.1m on the sign and in my SMax with Thule roofbox just managed to squeeze under it with a half inch to spare. I didn't venture in any further today but I'm guessing that I'll be finding out in the morning how accurate they have been at measuring the clearances in the multistory parking!

Currently questioning the frugality of an Ibis budget hotel for the next two nights with no aircon... at least I've free wifi!

gosh its cheaper to book at Disney direct compared to the prices a local independent TA gave me!

does fnac have an English version?

Balletshoes, you have always been a great help on here and have helped me out in the past. Planning to go again in 2015 for a "big" birthday of mine and really want to stay in the main hotel. What I wondered is, do you know if its possible to stay for say 3 nights in another hotel, we love Sequoia, and then our last night in the main Disney hotel?? Would I need to book as 2 separate holidays or do you know if there is an easier option. Thank you.

yes, you can do this - if you are intending booking a package with tickets included, then you book your SL package, then contact DLP by phone to add your night at the DLH (as its only one night there, you won't get any discount on the price for the DLH room, so it will be expensive).

Before booking any part of it, I'd look at the price of the SL for the 3 nights plus the cost DLP quote you for your one night at the DLH, compared with booking the DLH for the whole 4 nights (as you'd get the maximum discount that DLP is offering at the time you book for a 4-night stay at the DLH including park tickets). It might work out cheaper this way to stay at the DLH for your whole trip.

Remember to look out for % discounts of 40% or more, or 2 nights free when you book 2 nights etc.

Hello again!

Just over a fortnight to go now... I'm trying to work out a rough itinerary for when we're there but it would be helpful if anyone has a rough idea of queue times!

Day 1
On the day we arrive it'll be 2pm. Providing we've not had lunch on the Eurostar, I am thinking it maybe useful to go to WDS, watch animagique, meet some characters and do the stars parade. If we're tired, we may then head back to hotel.

Day 2
We'll have EMH however as we are going with DD who's 5 and scared of many rides, we will use it to go on Peter Pan's Flight, It's a Small World and maybe Buzzlight (time permitting). I may queue up to get a ticket for Princess Pavillion if I can convince DH come with us.

Do you think we could do anything else in EMH?

I am thinking of making a reservation for Cafe Mickey at 12 (if available) to have brunch as breakfast isn't included in our hotel package.

These are the other rides/attractions etc we are interested and would be grateful if anyone has an idea of what order to do them for the rest of the 4 days we are there...

Fantasyland
Blanche-Neige et les Sept Nains
Pinocchio
Casey Jr. - Le Petit Train du Cirque (if DD allows)
Le Pays des Contes de F!es
Alice's Curious Labyrinth
Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant
Small World
Princess pavillion

Discoveryland

Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast
Les Mystères du Nautilus

Adventureland
Pirates of the Caribbean
Le Passage Enchant! d'Aladdin
Adventure Isle
La Cabane des Robinson
La Plage des Pirates
Hakuma

Frontierland
Phantom House
Fuentel
Thunder Mesa Riverboat Landing.
River Rogue Keelboats (closed when we are there)
Critter Coral
Chapparel theatre

I'll need to start queuing at 6? for the parade and 9ish for Dreams.

WDS

Playhouse Disney show

Stitch Live

Stunt Live

Cinemagic

Studio Tram Tour: Behind the Magic

Animagique
Art of Disney Animation

Cars rally (not sure if suitable for DD)

M&G

Minnie and friends

Buzz

Disney characters

Slinky Dog although DD maybe scared
Armageddon

Motor stunt show

As you can see I've not included any thrill rides or even gentle rides such as Dumbo.. DD is very scared! Hopefully, we can fit much of these during the 4 days we are there..

I'd appreciate any ideas!

Thanks!
