"the closest hotels which are not onsite are the Kyriad, Explorers, Magic Circus and Dream Castle hotels. They are very close to the onsite hotels and have a free shuttle to and from the parks all day every day".
Would you know if any of these hotels are any better than the other, any particular one for a girl (strange question - Castle like)... :rotfl:I am getting excited!Sept 2013 - Journey of trying to be mortgage free started.

I've stayed at all of them with my little girl, except the Kyriad (and I quite fancy that one too). They are all in a row, all served by the free shuttle buses, so just go for the cheapest one, they are all nice hotels, and on a 2 or 3-night stay you won't have time for a swim so a hotel swimming pool is not going to be essential. All those hotels have their own websites with lots of photographs of the rooms, facilities etc.

Ah thank you so much. I just keep researching a little every night, so will check out the hotels tomorrow and see if Grandma would like to come along, girly time! :-)Sept 2013 - Journey of trying to be mortgage free started.

I'm after some advice please...we've booked Eurostar for 13th-16th May and trying to work out our best course of action for hotels/tickets. We were originally going to go for either the Santa Fe or Cheyenne to avoid having to get on and off shuttle buses with a pushchair but so far there hasn't been a decent offer for our dates.
We're a party of 6 in total - myself, wife, two daughters (1 & 4) and my parents. Ideally we'd like interconnecting rooms if possible.
I was looking at alternative hotels today and can get the Explorers Hotel at a good price - works out about £860 in total for both rooms and annual Fantasy passes for the adults from CE Multivantages (the kids' passes come free). This compares to about £1150 for the Santa Fe/Cheyenne (this is booking through the French site which has the best current offer as far as I can tell).
So the question is, should we go for the Explorers (or look at other non-Disney hotels) or wait and see if a better offer comes along for the Cheyenne/Santa Fe?
Many thanks.0 -
Thanks for the recommendation for RS Transport. I've just booked a pick up from the airport to the hotel and back again. Nice to know that's one less thing to worry about.0

I would definitely do the Explorers - its a great hotel, especially if you have young children. Its first pick up and drop-off for the shuttle buses too.

Thanks it's booked :-). 5.5% Cashback through Quidco and Thomas Cook too :-).
One more question...the Fantasy passes here for €125
include Extra Magic Hours don't they?
http://www.ce-multiavantages.com/404/passeports-annuels-promos.html
I ask because DLRP Magic say that the Passeport Annuel Fantasy 20ème Anniversaire passes include EMH but I wasn't absolutely sure that this was the same thing as CEM just call it a Passeport Fantasy (no mention of 20ème Anniversaire!).
And I only need to buy them for the adults right?0 -

yes, this year its only 20th anniversary fantasy annual passes which are issued, so yes, you get EMH with them. You just miss the blockout dates on them too for your dates in May, so pretty perfect timing.
Yes, you only need to buy 4 passes from cemultiavantages, you will be sent a free child's pass for each one you buy.0 -

Just gone to register on CE-Multivantages and it's asking if I'm Professionnel, Association or Particulier!?!? Any ideas?0 -

as you're not a business or affiliate of cemultiavanges, I'd go with "particulier".0
