Hi guys got the flights and hotel Santa Fe booked with tickets both good deals need a little help now what is the best way to get from (CDG) to the park will be arriving around 16.30 and how long will it take to get there any other tips and info would be great.
    cheers guys

you have either the TGV high-speed train (check rail europe site for prices/times) or the VEA coach (check VEA website) or a shared/private shuttle with rstransports. The VEA for example (the slowest method of transfer) is 19 euros each way per adult, and 13 euros per child. This is what you'll pay, roughly, maybe a bit more depending on peak/off peak fares etc, on the TGV and by shared shuttle (which you might not have to share at all :)).
  • As usual balletshoes, you are a font of brilliant knowledge! :D

  • Does Disneyland Paris do anything special for New Years Eve, also how busy would you expect it to be during this time.

    TIA.

yes, they do a special fireworks display in the main park on NYE. Its traditionally DLP's busiest park day of the year, wall-to-wall people, the park is often at its maximum capacity on NYE. Its not the best place to be with young children, because of the amount of guests in the park on that day/night.

    hi

i was wondering if you could give me a bit of advice, re transports. We arrive a CDG at 8.45 pm so we are going to get a shared shuttle to DLP, and we fly out of CDG at 9.15 pm so would i be right in thinking that i need to be at the airport 2hrs before take off. So we could get the fast train at about 7pm on our last day is this correct? Sorry for so many questions as this is the first time i've taken my children abroad alone.

    many thanks

yes, that would be fine - it really is only a 10-minute journey into terminal 2 at CDG from DLP. You do have to factor in getting from the train station at DLP to your terminal departure gate, but a 7pm train still gives you 2 hours to do this, check, get through security, and board your plane. I wouldn't leave it much after 7.15pm to get the train though, as security can be slow at CDG.

Hi, has anyone stayed at Le Chene Gris? I have booked with Sun Holidays and on the confirmation it says pillows and blankets are provided. Do I just need to pack sheets and pillow cases? We are going the first week of October, will it be warm enough with just a sheet and blanket? Not sure I want to pack all the duvets not much room in car!!
  • Hi again, trying to book my train tickets tonight but it's not giving me the option to print at home?
    What gives?

I don't know - have you had the option to print Eurostar tickets at home before?
  • No - this is the first time i'm booking with eurostar but it says on their website that print at home can be used especially for people who want to buy tickets for other people to save them having the payment card with them when collecting tickets.
