I've looked on expedia.co.uk and it looks like they're roughly £20 cheaper than disney.ie website. Am I missing something? like missing extras thru expedia?
Should I really just book from disney.ie website? (can't upload photo thru work but I will edit in a bit - thru my home computer)

now that you've decided to stay for 4 nights, have you gone back to the UK DLP site and looked at the price there? The reason I'm asking is, 4 nights is the trigger for 40% off at some of the hotels on the UK site, whereas for 3 nights you might only have got 15 or 25% discount. I'd check the DLP UK site for your 4 nights before making a decision.

^^Hmm, only £7 cheaper than Irish website.

but expedia is showing roughly £15 cheaper.. is it safe to book thru Expedia? I'm just wondering why they're cheaper than the official Disney sites

then go with Expedia - better cashback rates with them compared to DLP usually as well ;).
  • Hi, I am new to this forum and am hoping some of you lovely people can help me with a couple of questions. Do you normally buy autograph books at DLP or in the UK before you go? Also is there a cheap way of getting tickets for the Buffalo Bills Wild West Show other than through Disney? Thanks Claire (96 days till we go to DLP for our first time :-) )

you can do whatever for the autograph books. the characters will sign any notebook. I like the DLP ones though, they are around 5 euros for the basic ones there, and they are sold in every shop in the resort :).

If you have a look on DISboards for DLP, any special offers for Buffalo Bills tickets will be posted there by one of the members.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Have a glut of Avios and thinking of going to DLP via Eurostar during a school holiday

    So q's are

-Cmas Day, New Years Eve I presume will be heaving, but what about the days around them? Any idea if they're heaving more/less than these days?

-Seem to recall being told ages ago that there was a way to get Fastpass included with the hotel room-is there specific hotels/rooms we need to look at?

-School hols in Feb in France are a week after UK school hols - does this mean it's likely to be quieter or still busy with UK traffic?

-Realistically, how much are meals around the site? I last went there for day - drove UK-DLP-UK via Eurotunnel so everything we ate and drank was brought from home. Pricewise, how much is an adult meal please?

    Thank you!

yes, the period between Christmas Day and New Years Day is busy.

everyone gets Fastpass, it comes with your park ticket, wherever you stay, or even if you're a day/local visitor.

it won't be as busy as Christmas ;).

DLRPMagic has loads of good information on typical menus and prices for the counter service, table service, and buffet service meals all around the DLP resort.

    Thank you!

hope this helps, direct Eurostar fares for both Christmas and Feb half term (and May half term incidentally) have already been out for sale since last month, so once you've decided when you're going best to book your Eurostar as soon as you can.

Hi guys, i will be travelling from australia and landing in paris on the 10th of december.
I would like to take the kids (teenagers) to disneyland for one day. I realise thats not a lot of time, but its all we have.

Is there a quick / cheap way of getting tickets and are there any recomendations for things teenagers might find particulary exciting.
One boy and one girl by the way.

    Thanks

I don't think there are any cheap tickets out for December yet, but they might be out soon on the likes of fnac etc. If you ask the question on DISboards for DLP, I'm sure there will be folk there who will be able to look out for cheap local tickets for you.

    Cool, thanks.
I had a quick look on the DISboards but it was all a little bit overwhelming and i didn't think things were all that easy to find relating to paris and any offers that may be happening

    Cheers
