you need to crunch some numbers really. Go and have a look on the official Disney site to see what a hotel/tickets package would cost you for your preferred dates and hotel.

Then have a look at offsite/associated hotels in the area with various agents (try Expedia, travelrepublic, alpharooms etc etc) and cost buying tickets separately (attractiontix, 365tickets, the official Disney site etc).

There are cheap seasons in Disney, do you have a specific time of year in mind?

the best way i have found was booking with eurostar

tip 1 - avoid going with a disney hotel, they add at least £400 to your overall price

tip 2 - check when the cheapest days are for travelling on eurostar

tip 3 - go with trainline or raileasy to get to london from your home (in order to get on the eurostar). Plus by a railcard for friends and family £26, will save loads getting to london

tip 4 - eurostar will package you a hotel and train, not the disney tickets. book them with the official disney website.

two adults and one child, cardiff - london - disneyland £860! 3n/4d

did you buy 4-day park tickets? looking at the cost of them, you would have paid less for annual passes, which would have given you access to the parks for a year from the time you bought them (plus discounts in the restaurants and shops in the resort). These can be bought very easily at the park gates.

Also, depending on when you go, you can get great deals with Disney themselves for onsite including park tickets. for example, 2 adults, 2 children under 12, 4 nights hotel/5 days park tickets in March this year, total £374 from Disney.

You're right though, definitely worth shopping around when looking at going to DLP :).

Were looking at beginning of Oct & Im wondering the same thing. At least 30% would be better.
I wonder how booked up the park is for these dates?

I was wondering the same thing about the parks at the end of September but I have checked for holidays in France and there are none and also Halloween is not on at the end of September. 30% would be better so I think I may hold out for a little while

    :).

I wish I could get a price like that now for September or October, its coming out at £642 for 4 nights/5 days inclusive of tickets and breakfast and kids going free

this has been very helpful! but there's so many options to chose from I feel as if I'm being overwhelmed. Me and my friend want to go for two nights (we're big kids really) but the prices have been really high. Looking to go June ish. Anyone got any suggestions? If we don't stay in a disney hotel will there be a problem of distance and actually getting into the park?

    Thanks! :)

If you stay in Val d'Europe and Bussy St Georges, you are within a stop or 2 on the very frequent trains (ie every 5 minutes or so, all through the day and evening) to and from the gates of DLP. Are you planning on visiting the Disney parks for 2 days or 3?
Avoid weekends at all costs, and the first week of June (school holidays here, and Ascension Day in France, parks will be rammed).

There are loads of cheaper hotel options in the DLP area - Etap, Ibis, Premier Classe etc - have a google for prices, add on the cost of your park tickets, and see how they compare with onsite. I agree, for June onsite always seems high for DLP, we usually end up going offsite at that time of year.

    Hi everyone

I expect this question has been asked millions of times before but what hotel would people reccommend (onsite). Really want to get booked for October. Originally we were going to go for Sequioa but now looked at Cheyenne (about £100 cheaper) and Santa Fe (about a further £100) cheaper. is there alot of difference in the rooms. To be honest Im not really fussed as long as its clean, i more that happy in staying in travelodge type of accommodation.

The sants fe looke more appealling due to the price, is this the one thats now themed around Disney cars?
