Does anyone know when I can book for either April 2012 or September 2012 ? I can't seem to book that far ahead yet and want to be first in line so they don't all get booked up fast. Also any info on European school holidays would be helpful. Thanks :)

Not sure about booking but HERE is a site that lists school holidays in France and Belgium, it's a bit cluttered but might help.

    Hope this helps :)

    Hey Balletshoes,

Thank you very much for the, as normal, great advice

Im glad they provide towels, more room for snacks in the suitcases!

You know I didnt even think of eating at Cafe Mickey because I think its very expensive but after your advice and looking at the prices it sounds like a fab idea!
So our meal vouchers work out at 36 euros for both together, Dinner at Mickeys is 50 euros total so I'd only have to pay 14 euros extra? That sounds like a plan :T

Im not telling my daughter we're going there to eat though, it'll be a great birthday suprise :)

    Thanks again

you don't even have to have the set menu prices at Cafe Mickey - ie you could share pizza (they are huge) and have soft drinks each, and the bill would be less than about 30 euros total. You could add a dessert or a starter to share, then you probably would be just about evens with the face value of your vouchers :). The character interaction is exactly the same regardless of how much you spend on your meal at Cafe Mickey.

We're hoping to go to Disneyland next year. hopefully june 2012? would that be an ok month? 2 adults and 1 toddler, who will be nearly 3.
    Here's what we would like;
at least 4 FULL days in the parks
to stay at one of the on site hotels
    and to fly from eninburgh

went to thomas cook the other day, they cant give me a price till 11 months before going, but for an example, for this june, it would cost £2330.55 and thats for the new york hotel. btw thats a package deal with flights included.

i thought that was pretty expensive. was just wondering if i can do it any cheaper?

i cant drive, plus we're in scotland, so flying will be best. Dont mind what time of year we go, but we would like it to be warm and sunny, and thought june would be ideal.

any help will be great, thankyou

I'm no expert but you need to do a dummy booking on the DLP website to see how much the accomadation package is. For June this year a 4 night/5 day package ranges from £1,100 to £1,800 at the NY hotel. The lower price is for Mon-Fri, the higher Fri-Tues. The Santa Fe, from £684-£1100 for the same dates.

You would need to add flights and transfers to get a total price of course but if the Travel agents price was for a weekend break, £2,330-£1800=£500ish for flights and transfers, not unreasonable, if it was for a m-f break, not so good.

I would say thats very expensive. Ive just done a quick search based on this June 5th for 4 nights staying at Sequoia Lodge , the price is £1443, hotel, park passes, transfers and air france flights, and thats booking it this close to the date, if you were to book when first released and there were no flight supps etc and an offer on you may even get it cheaper than that.
