  • i can't figure out the annual pass thing either! it's so confusing!

if you buy one ap does it have restrictions so that you can't use it the next day like the french pass does?

not staying at a disney hotel this time as i've stayed at dream castle and the radison at dlp in the past and it was just so expensive both times and felt like it wasn't really worth it.

thanks for the disabled access advice, i never thought i would actually be able to take my son on a holiday to disneyland as he had loads of sensory issues but his behaviour has improved alot in the last year. going at the end of june for 6 days, can't wait. :)

if you buy either a Fantasy or Dream annual pass, it can be used straightaway, not like the Francillien which can't be used on days 2 and 3 once you've bought it.

Dream passes give you access to both DLP parks 365 days a year, Fantasy passes have around 30 blackout days a year, where you can't use them as park tickets. If you have a look on DLRPMagic or the official Disney site the blackout dates should be published on there.

thanks was worried about that, the block out dates seem fine so think i will get the fantasy passes!

do you have any idea how it works when you are a carer, do you still get in free? there will be four of us in total so can't get the discount for purchasing 5 annual passes. shame!

We are joining the shareholders club and will get the Dream ticket the day we get there and for being in the club we get 15% off which then gets you 20% off other tickets. I have heard carers go in free but I've posted on the dibb but no-one has got back to me so I cannot be 100% sure.

In Walt Disney World you do NOT get free carers admission so I am not assuming. We have always stayed with a package so it has never been an issue before no.
  • sorry for such a dumb question but how do you actually join the shareholders club?

i saw that you need at least 5 shares but where do you buy shares and how much do they cost?

    thanks
  • every other time our tickets were included in the hotel cost so this time i am so confused and really dont have a clue, lol.

MY, we have not bought shares before and was going t do it this weekend but something else came up so we never got around to it. There is a long thread running over on disbaords here: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2399133&page=15 It gives details on how to do it but we are in the same situation as you this time, new to buying tickets on the gate and AP.

Am being told over on the Dibb that it is cheaper to buy the offer on the DLP website. We will still be joining the shareholder club but have just posed the question, we can do the sums between us if that helps. Are there 4 of you? And when are you going? Where are you staying?
