Thanks everyone for the help so far
Think were gonna go for the sequoia (sp) lodge, not going to bother with the half board and go by eurostar but got 2 more quick questions
1-Were going in early September so it seems that we cant book the eurostar yet but when ive searched on the eurodisney website i can book the euro star so is this like a provisional booking as i would like to book it in with the holiday as it seems quite a reasonable price. ive looked at the prices for march (The latest i can look for ) for the same days and its coming up quite a bit more expensive plus id still have to pay for the service to get the luggage taken direct to the hotel for us.
2- This is probably the dumbest question ever but i thought there was a eurodisney park (with rides etc) and then a complex with the hotels on but i keep reading everywhere that theres 2 parks. is there 2 parks?
Oh another one just sprung to mind, we get breakfast in with the price but do you have to have it at your hotel or can you eat at other places
Thanks in advance
Hi there are two parks, the disney park and the studios, they have different rides in each, then the hotels are just a bit away from the parks.
You can only eat your breakfast in your own hotel.
Eurostar...I know as a travel agent that Disney put extortionate prices on for Eurostar, so what I always do is book the Disney side of it, ask them to add the express service which is £18 per adult, then book your Eurostar for the dates you want when it is released and use a figure of around £85 per person as a starting point of what you would expect to pay.
Hope this helps0 -
Hi Everyone
I'm looking to take my 2 year old to Disneyland at the end of March for 3 nights/4 days. I've got a price of £369 at the Hotel L'Elysee Val d'Europe and £370 for the Hotel Cheyenne. Has anyone stayed at both of these and can tell me which would be a better choice please?0 -
if you book eurostar wih disney youll end up overpaying, I enquired about it las week and Eurostar told me Disney sell the seats at a higher price before seats are even released in hope they can acallty obtain the seatsWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0

Anyone can recommend something from £700 + for Eurodisney? Am looking to go between 7th feb to 13th feb for 3nights and 4 days for 2 adults and 2 children (under 10). I would be looking for an all day pass to Eurodisney for at least 2days, with hotel in or in proximity to Eurodisney. Am flexible on travel either Eurostar (Ebbsfleet) or plane from London. Not fussed about breakfast in hotel or not.0

Hi, we are off on Friday and getting very excited now!!!
I have a few questions if anyone has any ideas for me that would be great.
We have a 10.20am Channel Tunnel crossing but hoping to get there at least an hour earlier and try for an earlier crossing if there is space. Travel Agent said that should be fine, has anyone had any experience of this?
Is there anywhere nice to stop about half way in France? We have a 6 month old and 4 year old and are taking lunch.
Does anyone know the cost of the toll on the motorway and how you are able to pay?
We are staying in Santa Fe with no pool, probably wouldn't have time to go swimming anyway but can you use pools at any of the other hotels?
We are hoping to be there for 4pm and out to the parade for 5pm, where would be a good place for dinner that evening?
Thanks x0 -

HI there,
I haven't stayed at the L'Elysee, but I have stayed twice at the Cheyenne. For the sake of a £1 you could stay at the Cheyenne and be right on the Disney resort.
We loved the place! Hopefully someone will be along who has done the L'Elysee too!0 -

http://www.disneylandresort-paris.co.uk/

the Cheyenne would be a better choice - its onsite, is walkable distance to the parks from the hotel, and has more frequent free shuttle buses to and from the parks than the L'Elysee. Disney characters also visit the Cheyenne every morning, you don't get that at the L'Elysee.0 -

Hi, I've stayed in both. Both are lovely but I would do Cheyenne again next time. Hotel L'Elysee is an affliated hotel (not a Disney hotel), quite far off from the parks compared to Cheyenne. If you get the junior suite (one double bed + 2 singles), the room size is slightly larger than the Cheyenne.
The plus point for L'Elysee is it is besides a big shopping mall, with Auchan the supermarket and other restaurants, if you do not feel like eating another meal at a Disney restaurant again.
Cheyenne is very nicely themed in terms of decoration - Wild West stuff all over the place, which is great for photo taking. It is after all a Disney hotel, so you'll get specially marked Disney toiletries and there is always a character at breakfast and at other times to take photos with (not available at the L'Elysee) During my stay, we had visits from Pluto, Goofy in Native American costume and Jessie from Toy Story.
I would say go for Cheyenne, really. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. If mobility is an issue or you need to use a stroller a lot, request for a ground floor room. There is frequent shuttles to the park from the hotel but we found if the bus is too crowded, it is faster just to walk the 15minutes. The walk is lovely by the river.0
