    hi,

my daughters and myself don't like rides but they would like to go to Disneyland Paris to see the characters and evening parade. I can't really justify the cost for what would really just be a wander round....can you buy tickets for just the evening parade or something?
    TIA.

There are a lot of 'sit-on' rides where it's not scary or fast. Would they be OK? My DD doesn't like scary or fast but loves some of the ones at Disneyland Paris. Plus there are shows to watch etc... It's all about the atmosphere as well. Well worth a couple of days I'd say. But if you don't want to pay full whack for a few das you could try a day out to start with and see what happens, staying near Disneyland Paris quite cheap overnight.
Also depends on the age of children, if they're younger staying for a couple of days can help with the tiredness of wandering around. If they're older then a day might be OK. It doesn't have to been expensive either.
Thank you to everyone who posts comps! :A
    I would like to be lucky,healthy & happy in 2020! :T

  • Right, I've booked the Kyriad at Disney (Paris), I've also booked my flights from Liverpool to CDG. What else do I need to do? I know I need park tickets, but is there a way to save some pennies on them? Also, do they do a meal pass or something where you can pre pay for meals at Disney? I will probably need 2 days or possibly 3 in the park (one adult & one child).
    Thanks in advance.

firstly you will need to decide how you are getting from the airport to the hotels, options are train (tgv) shuttle bus (usually from vea) or taxi.

ref the pre paid meals, you can only buy half board vouchers for the resturants if you buy as part of a package at a disney owned hotel (and sometimes some of their selected hotels) as you have not booked a package not sure you will be able to add this

as for tickets you can either buy tickets in advance or at the door. if you buy in advance go via quidco cash back site as you get cash back on the tickets (go to www.quidco.co.uk, sign up to the site if you arent already, then go to disneyland paris, then click the link to merchant you will then go to disney site and you purchase as normal)

if your staying at a disney or partner hotel park tickets are included, or did you specifically book just a room?

if your not with quidco dont sign upwith them just to get cashback for disney, they charge you £5 a year so you wont get the cashback as they take it from your first £5 of earnings! Instead go through Rpoints or cashbackkings, free to join no annual charge and no withdraw limit

  • I've just booked a room with the Kyriad, so i'll need to purchase my tickets. I'm with Quidco. I'll have a look at booking the park tickets through them. Is it easy to get the train from CDG to Disney? Are they frequent and roughly how much is it? Sorry for so many questions, i'll be travelling alone with a little one, so I want to be as prepared as I can be. x
  • Do you have to buy tickets for a 3 yr old? She'll be nearly 4 by then. x
